2. Setup. One-off fee covers the build. We configure Orca against your Microsoft 365, train it on your voice, wire up your calendar and transcripts.

3. Go-live. You get the app, the action log, the draft queue and the morning briefing from day one.

4. Ongoing. Monthly licence, three months minimum term, then rolling. Fruition stays on the relationship, so when something needs a human, you talk to us, not a chatbot.
